It’s important to Aaron that you have the perfect soundtrack for your wedding day. For him, it’s about more than just selecting songs; it’s about creating an experience.
For a seamless musical experience, he’ll collaborate with you early. Typically, we have two consultations after you’ve booked.
Two months out: Identify your reception goals and your desired vibe.
Two weeks prior: Finalize every track and timeline detail. This includes asking you questions so that he can understand your taste. He will want to know your favorite artists and about the people attending your wedding. That way he can include songs tied to personal memories, for you AND for your family and friends.
This detailed approach ensures he captures your vision and adjusts the soundtrack to echo the essence of your love story for your big day.

Aaron Bracken guarantees arrival 1 hour before the start of your event, whether that’s the wedding, just the reception or both. More often than not, he will be there a couple hours in advance to get everything set up just right.
If he is not there 1 hour in advance, he’ll refund your money and still DJ your wedding. (He’s never had to give a refund, BTW.) He takes his commitment to you very, very seriously.

With more than 3 decades of experience, Aaron has seen it all: Sound systems fail, and tech hiccups emerge unexpectedly. That’s why he arrives equipped with backup gear, from extra speakers and mics to power solutions that work inside and outside. His goal is to anticipate obstacles and have a solution to ensure your wedding day’s soundtrack keeps spinning, regardless of challenges that may arise. He doesn't want you to worry or even know there was a problem, because he’s got it covered!

When you hire Aaron, you get him for the entire day, which includes setup and tear down. He will guarantee arrival at the venue 1 hour prior to the start of your event. And usually arrive much earlier than that.
Aaron is available for bookings throughout Central Indiana. Anything outside of Marion County or Hamilton County will require a mileage reimbursement at the standard rate. Let him know if you have any questions about this.
